Dear Friends,
 
Our dear Paula died from metastatic melanoma on July 21, 2021. We have heard and very much appreciated the outpouring of expressions of love and concern from people she has known or touched, all over the world. While the loss feels tremendous and inexplicably unjust, more than anything, what she would want would be to know that her work will continue to help people who are hurting or have been subjected to injustice. Please help us to honor Paula, by continuing to spread the word about her work, and please continue to be inspired in your own lives by Paula's incredible thirst for learning, kindness to others, and unwillingness to ever back down in the face of injustice. 
 
Much love to all of you, and wishing that 2022 is a much, much better year for everyone.
